Hospital submits with consent
Partner hospitals upload before/after pairs only after recording written patient consent for publication.

Moderation review
Every pair is reviewed before it appears — we reject mismatched, over-edited or low-quality images. Only 'approved' rows render here.

Anonymised by default
Faces are blurred or cropped unless the patient explicitly consents to be identifiable. Identifying detail in captions is removed.

Withdrawable any time
Patients can ask for their photos to be removed at any point, and the pair comes down — no questions asked.
A surgical photo is one data point. Ask any hospital for outcomes across a full case series, not just the best results.
