Where do most Iraqi patients travel for treatment?

Can the government sponsor my treatment?
For certain cases not available domestically, the Ministry of Health referral committee can sponsor treatment abroad. We can prepare the medical documentation that process requires; the decision rests with the committee.
Do I need a visa?
Yes — India and Turkey both issue medical visas, usually with an attendant visa for one accompanying family member. We provide the hospital invitation letter and a document checklist.
What about follow-up when I get home?
You receive a full discharge summary and imaging on disc, and we coordinate remote follow-up with a doctor in Iraq.
