Understanding KTQ
KTQ was established in 2002 as a German healthcare quality framework. Standards cover patient orientation, employee orientation, safety in the hospital, information and risk management, leadership, quality management.
The framework is German-developed and primarily used in Germany, with some adoption in Switzerland and Austria. It's well-suited to the German healthcare system and language.
