Saggy Eyelids (Brow)
Saggy eyelids from brow descent occur when the eyebrows drop with age or facial nerve weakness, pushing excess skin onto the upper lids. It affects adults, usually from the forties onward, and can look like true excess eyelid skin.

The main sign is heaviness or hooding of the upper lids with the brow sitting at or below the bony rim of the eye socket. People may feel tired, strain the forehead to lift the brows or find the upper vision partly blocked. Treatment depends on whether the brow or the lid is the main cause. Botulinum toxin can lift the brow tail slightly for a few months.
